How to use the portal Infomunca

InfoMunca is a virtual space created specifically to facilitate the meeting of two main components of the labor market in Romania and abroad, namely supply and demand. This is why InfoMunca can be seen as a stock exchange of jobs, created specifically to meet the needs of our customers, for whom finding a job became an increasingly difficult target recently, due to the small number of job offers and therefore an increasing competition
Since InfoMunca was created to facilitate the meeting between demand and supply, as it is normal, there will be two types of users:
By Employer we understand any company in Romania or from abroad which through the site www.infomunca.ro wants to hire or to mediate employment of Romanians (but not only), users of the site www.infomunca.ro who are looking for a job. By Candidate for job we understand any individual with Romanian citizenship (but not only) who uses www.infomunca.ro to find a job in the country or abroad. 1. Employers
To benefit from the facilities offered by www.infomunca.ro Employers have to create an account through which they can post recruitment ads. For ads to be displayed on the site, employers must confirm the account set up (account confirming instructions will be submitted in an email that all employers who have created their account will receive it automatically.) Depending on the visibility level, there are three types of ads: Gold, Silver Standard.
1.1 Gold Ad– the most efficient method because it requires maximum visibility recruitment announcement. Gold Ads will always be shown firstly on the first page of the web - site. In terms of graphics Gold Ads are different from other ads just to increase their visibility. In any search for ads in our database and any newsletter received by candidates, Gold Ads will always be displayed firstly.
1.2 Silver Ad– assumes average visibility of the announcement. Silver Ads will always be displayed immediately after Gold Ads. In any search for ads in our database and any newsletter received by candidates Silver Ads will be displayed immediately after the Gold ones.
1.3 Standard Ad– is the most accessible method of recruitment but the ad implies low visibility. In any search for ads in our database and any newsletter received by candidates, Standard Ads will be displayed immediately after Gold and Silver announcements.2. EmployeesTo benefit from the facilities offered by www.infomunca.ro, Candidates employers have to create an account through which they can post recruitment ads. For ads to be displayed on the site, employers must confirm the account set up (account confirming instructions will be submitted in an email that all employers who have created their account will receive it automatically.) As soon as the job offers are posted on the website, candidates will be able to view them and also to apply. Employers who have posted ads will receive daily an email newsletter with all candidates who have applied to their ads. www.infomunca.ro portal offers users wishing to post recruitment ads, the possibility of creating a recruitment plan.
2.1 Gold Resume- assumes maximum visibility of the CV and the most efficient way of finding the job of your dreams by www.infomunca.ro users. Every time when employers are searching in our database, Gold CVs will be the firstly displayed in the results and job applicants list, the first are those with a Gold CV.
2.2 Silver Resume- assumes average CV visibility. Every time when employers search in our database, Silver CVs will be displayed in the results list right after the Gold ones and also in the job applicants list, after the Gold CV applicants, Silver CVs will be immediately displayed.
2.3 Standard Resume- assumes low visibility of your resume. Every time when employers search in our database, Standard CVs are displayed in the results list, right after Gold and Silver resumes and also in the job applicants list after the Gold and Silver CVs followed by the Standard CV applicants. |
