German Customer Support Agents are required to log, validate and diagnose customer issues, on the full range of products and applications used. Full training will be provided before you start. Your daily tasks: • Log/validate all contacts in the database • Answer contacts promptly and professionally • Resolve customer problems using the relevant tools and systems • Mentor new hires • Take part in ongoing training sessions


We are looking for: • Ability to apply analytical and investigative skills to resolve customer issues • Excellent customer service skills are a must • Willingness to learn and continuously improve your skills • Strong basic knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office • Ideally previous experience working within a technical support environment/customer service environment, but not essential.
