The Role: - Receive and place telephone calls - Troubleshooting - Performs data entry and uses software programs - call handling - analyze the problem - Logs calls from customers into the customer relationship database and follow escalation procedures to resolve problems


Profile requested: - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficient knowledge of English - Fluent in Norwegian (native) - Previous call centre or related experience is desirable but not necessary - Attendance and punctuality - Commitment to Quality
