Required skills: • Excellent communication skills • Have an excellent command of German and good knowledge of English • Experience in customer service including commitment to providing a first class service • Ability to learn and retain information quickly • Ability to multi task • Ability to follow formal procedures • General PC and keyboard skills • Multimedia knowledge • Professional attitude and great attention to detail • Ability to approach problems logically • High ability to empathize with customer and prioritize customer’s needs
