• Completes telemarketing- and telesales campaigns (both inbound and outbound) • Takes part in a project briefing and supports the concerned project actively • Ensures that a positive client image is portrayed at all times • Performs the role within given timescales, efficiently and effectively • Develops and maintains a full (technical) knowledge of client surveys and services • Recognizes when a problem or query should be transferred to another department or a more senior member of staff • Deals with all correspondence as requested/required • Logs and records all calls accurately and in line with procedures as set by client • Meets specified call volume/production targets agreed by individual project • Maintains and updates all administration


Communication Skills • Conveys information clearly and effectively both written and verbal • Listens actively and effectively • Proficient in DUTCH requirement for the position • Remains focused on improving communication skills, call handling and determining the nature of questions Teamwork • Works well with others • Motivates and reinforces teamwork • Develops rapport and trust
