Our Company Our client is part of the worldwide leading provider of outsourced CRM and contact center services, serving companies around the world, providing superior results in customer care, technical support and debt collection programs. Our Multilingual Operations in Portugal currently employ more than 1000 experienced professionals from 32 different countries, communicating in 23 different languages. Your Mission We’re supporting some of the most well-known brands in the on-line travel industry from our Contact Center in Lisbon, Portugal. We help travelers to easily research, plan, book and experience their holidays or business trips, wherever they may be. •Help customers book flights, transfers, hotels, cars and other travel-related services; •Provide helpful and effective service for both “in travel” and “post travel” concerns; •Calculate costs and/or refunds due to travelers and make adjustments to bookings.


Your Profile •Native level of spoken and written Danish (mandatory); •Good level of English (minimum B1); •Passionate about traveling; •Familiarity with the travel industry (popular destinations, airlines, hotel chains); •Contact Center experience is a plus; •Good working knowledge of computers, MS Office and common internet applications; •Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills; •Availability between 07h00 and 21h00, including rotating weekends.
