The role is based in Cape Town, the second-most populated city in South Africa and Africa’s most popular tourist destination! Job description: •Answer Customers’ enquires (inbound calls) •Make the Customers feel cared and well-informed •Assist Customers during the length of the program •Enlist new members by explaining the program and various services •Handle Customers’ complaints •Increase members retention •Make decisions regarding accounts closure or refunds Our offer: •18 months contract (4 months probation period) •Full-time work (40h per week), roasted Mondays to Fridays •Relocation package oWork permit paid (valid for a period of up to 3 years, renewable) oFlights oAccommodation


Your profile: •Fluent Dutch •Fluent English •Previous Customer Service experience •Professional phone manners •Enthusiastic, polite and friendly attitude
