What is the role? • Provide end to end HR query resolution to all defined stakeholders • Answer incoming calls from Customer employees • Logging to tools recommended by management • On boarding new employees to Customer by creating offer letters, employment contracts and new starter packs. • Supporting Recruitment by posting jobs and managing responses to candidates • Handling employee and HR Manager queries in a timely and effective manner Who are we looking for? The candidate should be fluent in Dutch and ideally be accurate, communicative, a team player, possess good interpersonal skills, energetic, customer oriented, logical thinker, willingness to learn. Also relevant experience in Procurement would be a huge plus.
