The Client: Is an American multinational corporation sells consumer electronics software, and personal computers. The company's best-known hardware products are the Macintosh of computers, and Smartphone’s The role: German APPLECARE - iTunes • • To provide basic to moderately complex support to Apple customers on all • iTunes related topics as mentioned above - Account & billing issues, Purchase • Downloads, Authorisation, iTunes Gift Cards and others. • • To provide and maintain strong professional relationships with all Apple’s • customers and show empathy for the customers at all times. • • You will demonstrate a high level of customer service when assisting a customer • and if necessary escalate complex issues to a more experienced advisor. • • Make yourself available to receive emails or chats for a minimum of 80% of the • on-line time. o • Provide feedback to the team manager on emerging issues
