Responsibilities: *Respond to e-mail and phone-based first level client support *Demonstrate exemplary client service and by meeting or exceeding the client's expectations *Identify complex issues quickly and escalate as required to achieve resolution. *Assist and instruct client, prospect and employee users utilizing telephone and web based technologies for training. *Assist with other duties as may be required during off peak


Requirements: Experience in customer support organization Knowledge about computer software & hardware and most internet related devices Fluent in English and German, both writing and speaking Professional demeanour and commitment to provide quality Relevant work experience and/or degree in that particular field Cooperate with team members to meet goals or complete tasks. Must be self-motivated and know when to seek guidance Detail-orientation is a must. Flexibility, ability to change priorities quickly, and capacity to handle multiple tasks.
