German Technical Support Advisors – Maastricht The Client This is an excellent opportunity for German Technical Support Advisors to be working within a Global Expert in contact center management. Our client is one of the leading technical and IT support outsourcing companies in Europe providing comprehensive technical support, CRM services and professional consulting to a wide range of clients. Has the largest global footprint in the industry with 276 contact centers, presence in 51 countries, servicing over 75 markets and 24 Nearshore and Offshore locations. According to the culture of the Group, it is critical that they maintain a physical presence in each country in order to understand the local market and perform to exceed expectations. Job Description: As a German Technical support advisor you will be answering calls and solving issues on a day to day basis, assisting German speaking clients, using a number of interview techniques and the available product information. You will be working for a prestigious, well known project in the top segment of mobile phones, laptops, desktops and tablets. You will work within in an exciting and highly motivated professional environment and give technical support to customers about the products. Requirements: • Fluent in German, • Good in English • Good communication skills • Excellent verbal and comprehension skills • Strong PC and Internet skills • Customer oriented profile and with a positive “can do” attitude • Can multitask and record information accurately • Education: undergraduate level or equivalent • No experience in a similar position is required
