In November 2007, our client decided to create another support office already in Maastricht ( 975 employees), its new division dedicated to the European technical support market. The company is able to offer the service their customers expect through more than 900 dedicated agents, in 3 contact centers in Zoetermeer, Maastricht and Tilburg. It offers professional and tailor-made multi-channel customer care programs, sales and combined programs to over 400 sites. You will be the point of contact for the clients. The role of Technical Support Advisors, will be answering calls and solving issues on a day to day basis using a number of interview techniques and the available product information. As an individual and member of a team you will be responsible for keeping our customers satisfied.
