Recrutam Kitchen Help pentru hoteluri de 4 si 5 stele din Cipru!!! Infomunca organizeaza TARG DE JOBURI la jumatatea lunii Martie 2012 in Cluj Napoca. Candidatii care vor aplica la aceasta oferta de munca si vor fi selectati de noi, vor avea posibilitatea sa se intalneasca direct cu angajatorii (care vor veni in Romania pentru interviul final. Va rugam sa aplicati doar daca: AVETI EXPERIENTA DE CEL PUTIN 6 LUNI PE ACEEASI POZITIE, aveti sub 40 ani, vorbiti limba engleza la nivel conversational (interviul cu angajatorul va fi in limba engleza), doriti sa petreceti o vara de neuitat in cele mai luxoase hoteluri din Cipru. Salariul: 550 euro NET/luna MASA SI CAZAREA: Sunt oferite GRATUIT de catre angajator, fara nici un cost din partea angajatilor (3 mese pe zi) Se lucreaza: 6 zile pe saptamana/ 8 ore pe zi Angajatorul plateste asigurarile sociale dar asigurarea medicala este responsabilitatea d-voastra. (Inainte de plecarea din Romania va trebui sa va faceti asigurare medicala de calatorie) Durata Contractului: April/May - Septembrie/Octombrie 2012 COSTURI: transportul pana in Cipru DUS este responsabilitatea d-voastra (biletul de avion costa aproximativ 50 - 100 euro daca se face rezervare din timp). Transportul din Cipru spre Romania va fi asigurat de catre angajator (cu conditia sa ramaneti la locul de munca pana la terminarea contractului) Taxa de mediere: 150 EURO - se plateste la semnarea contractului de munca, dupa interviul cu angajatorul Detalii despre locatia exacta unde se va sustine TARGUL DE JOBURI, veti primi dupa ce veti fi selectat(a) pentru interviu. GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION -The general duties of a kitchen porter involve a great deal of cleaning. -This includes general cleaning of the kitchen area and trash removal, as well as regularly scheduled cleaning of ovens, grills, refrigerators, freezers and food preparation areas. -In some establishments, the kitchen porter also cleans the dining area tables, restrooms and bar service areas. -The job may require receiving and storing food deliveries as well. -A kitchen porter is often the dishwasher: dishes, big casseroles, serving trays, platters, glasses etc -Kitchen porters are also responsible for washing table linens, kitchen towels and aprons in some cases. This requires operating a commercial washing machine and dryer. -Some positions require janitorial work that involves sweeping and mopping of floors and cleaning of floor drains in the Kitchen Area -Steam-cleans or hoses-out garbage cans, Sorts bottles, and breaks disposable ones in bottle-crushing machine, Washes pots, pans, and trays by hand, Scrapes food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine. - Some positions require the kitchen porter to assist in the preparation of ingredients for the cooking staff. - Cutting up of vegetables, fruits, placing appetizer ingredients on serving plates, and providing food items to the line cooks while they are working at the ovens and grills. This aspect requires a kitchen porter to follow strict hygiene guidelines for personal cleanliness and food-handling procedures, and may include obtaining certification in food handling.


WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS At least one season (at least 6 months) previous experience in the same field and same position. A kitchen porter position does not necessarily require experience, but any background in a food-handling or cleaning capacity is an asset for this job. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Good verbal knowledge of English language. Any other language: Greek, Italian, French, Russian, German – will be considered an advantage. EXTRA REQUIREMENTS Applicant must be maximum 40, with good physical appearance and a recent photo (last 2 months). Any certificates, diplomas, letters of recommendations – will be considered an advantage.
