Job description: • Provide support options, total resolution and appeasement solution to Customers and Company’s representatives • Responsible for Customer recovery and retention (inbound calls) • Develop creative solutions to Customer dissatisfaction issues • Identify opportunities for operational improvements • Suggest strategies • Empowered to use judgment when balancing Company and Customer needs Our offer: • Permanent contract • Flight from home country to Ireland for relocates • Medical Insurance (VHI) = 50% first six months, 100% thereafter • Pension Plan - Co. will match up to 7% of employees contribution • Discounts on purchase of Company’s products • Life Assurance • Canteen, gym, medical centre on site


Your profile: •Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Danish or Finnish or Swedish •Good English •A passion for customer service, strong technical aptitude, resourcefulness and flexibility •Advanced judgment, negotiation and problem solving skills •Superior interpersonal skills •Outstanding follow through and organizational ability •A high level of computer literacy
