The best way is, the candidates prepare their CVs according Many candidates unfortunately don't take too much time, to prepare their CV, but detailed information about a candidate's experiences/tasks and also a good photo are essential for the first positive decision of a German hr-manager – and finally for our both success in this business! Pre-selected candidates should be ready, to start/improve their German language before they move to Germany! (for example our LIVE-Online-courses with German-teachers are working fast, highly-effective and are from 1,50 - 2,50 €/hour). Let's keep in mind please: There are nearly no job-opportunities for candidates, who speak no German language – even not for engineers!
