Role • Deliver superior customer service in professional and customer friendly manner, to all contacts by phone. • Ensure that all responses are accurate and courteous; engaging and informing the caller. • Make decisions in regards to account closings or refunds as they pertain to online accounts. • Understand and communicate to members the policies and procedures for online accounts. • Achieve the stated production and service goals and adhere to the attendance policy • Resolve caller’s complaints or properly escalate to Lead Representative or a Supervisor when appropriate. • Increase member enrollments by promoting European Lifestyle Brand • Increase member retention by effectively utilize skills to overcome member’s objections and/or offers another European Lifestyle Brand product or service. Assist with all assignments, as requested; complete all assigned projects in a timely, logical manner and in line with management expectations. Minimum requirement: • Native level fluency in Swedish • Fluent in English • Excellent written skill in both languages • Intermediate level of computer literacy • Clear criminal record • Available to commence employment in South Africa by 29 July 2013
