Main Responsibilities And Duties: General Day-to-day customer support for enquiries over telephone and e-mails Organise shipments to Nordic, European and Global destinations Monitor the sales and service backlog, troubleshoot and take necessary actions Monitoring customer credit limits according to EMEA credit management policy Sales Support Coordination Quote preparation, sales order processing and invoicing in multiple currencies Purchase Order generation and entry onto the Manufacturing Divisions and follow-up with Japan, USA, Denmark or any other suppliers as needed Carry out export control checks Liaison with the sales team, manufacturing divisions & internal departments Service Support Coordination Administration for test and measurement equipment returning for repair/calibration or upgrade. (Pre-bookings, quotations, shipments and invoicing in multiple currencies) Liaison with service engineers, service managers. Spare parts ordering Stock taking activities


• Commercial/Office administration experience • Experience with international/multicultural business environment • Very good communication skills (spoken and written) • Fluent Swedish skills (spoken and written) • Fluent Finnish skills (spoken and written) • Fluent English skills (spoken and written) • Numerate and accurate • Administration and organisation skills • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Further foreign language skills desirable • Experience in dealing with international logistics desirable
