Our client is a recognized leader in business process outsourcing (BPO). It's proposition is simple: it delivers value to their clients by bringing operational excellence and deep industry and functional knowledge to their critical business processes. Tasks: He /She is mainly responsible for project management of migration processes. Ensure seamless transfer of business processes from customer site to receiving site and is responsible for assessing processes and recommending solution/potential for migration. Understands the process business and Structure; Identifies additional off shoring opportunities from customer businesses; Orients customer business on the transition methodology in case the business area is off shoring for the first time to define understanding of the methodology and the resource requirement from Customer; Manages relationship with customer; Understands and manages customer expectations during transition phase till the process moves to production. Develops transition/project plan for the individual business areas and processes within them and get buy in from the business; Adheres to Transition Methodology; Manages Transition timelines and ensures report out & reviews with the Key stakeholders at the end of each stage; Ensures number of FTEs transitioned is as per plan; Based on business viability provides input to business head for Service Level Agreement (SLA); Freezes transition plans and reviews for the next quarter; Tracks and reports transition billing-Budget Vs Actual beginning of every month for the previous month; Updates project plan in case of any changes in timeline required by the business and reviews it with key stakeholders Manages transition resources effectively (process mappers); Transition Voice Of Customer (VOC) scores meet or exceed the defined target. Ensure that credit is given to others who contribute to team well being; Develop career plan for transition resources; Conducts any necessary trainings.
The ideal candidate: Strong project management skills and experience; Strong accounting Knowledge and experience; Excellent communication and presentation skills; Relationship management skills and Problem solving approach Mandatory; Fluency in English and one of the business languages: french or spanish or german or italian; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Project and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, Visio, PowerPoint); Windows: System administration, Installation, Configuration; Networking; SAP ERP – FI Module;
