The Client: The company operates about 98,000 computerized workstations, with more than 135,000 employees across 250 contact centers in 49 countries and conducts programs in more than 66 different languages and dialects in various industries. One of them is in based in Greece. Customer service, technical support, call center, debt collection and social media company with headquarters in Paris, France. The Role: - Receive and place telephone calls - Troubleshooting - Performs data entry and uses software programs - call handling - analyze the problem - Logs calls from customers into the customer relationship database and follow escalation procedures to resolve problems
