Client: Our client is a European Contact Center specialized in outsourced CRM-services to leading technology companies. The company provides support to companies that would like to outsource their technical helpdesk.The client list includes leading producers of amongst others notebooks, network servers, pc’s, firewalls, software, multimedia- and connectivity products. Candidate profile: •Proven technical skills (A+ certificate preferably) •Basic networking knowledge (networking protocols, networking hardware) •Knowledge of back up technology is advantageous •Good knowledge of operating systems (knowledge of Mac is advantageous) •Good listening skills •Good analytical and problem solving skills •Good written and verbal communication skills •Proven customer service skills •Near native command of at least English (both verbal and in writing) and preferably other European languages
