Client: Our Client is a European Contact Center specialized in outsourced CRM-services to leading technology companies. One of the first multilingual contact centers specializing in the technology industry successfully providing customer cares services in 21 European languages, including 8 East European languages. Candidate profile: •Proven technical skills (A+ certificate preferably) •Basic networking knowledge (networking protocols, networking hardware) •Knowledge of back up technology is advantageous •Good knowledge of operating systems (knowledge of Mac is advantageous) •Good listening skills •Good analytical and problem solving skills •Good written and verbal communication skills •Proven customer service skills •Near native command of Turkish (both verbal and in writing)
