Responsibilities: -Answer calls, live chats and emails -Manage and resolve client complaints -Provide clients with product and service information -Process orders, forms and applications -Identify and escalate priority issues -Route calls and chats to appropriate resource -Ensure confidentiality of all information collected during call. -Resolve customer issues within the scope of existing service level agreements.
