The QS Intelligence Unit (a division of QS Quacquarelli Symonds Ltd), is one of the world’s leading compilers of independent market research and institutional evaluations in international higher education. The unit (QSIU) publishes a range of highly visible and influential rankings of international universities including the QS World University Rankings®. The unit has expanded its offerings to include a range of commercially successful reporting and evaluation services for universities which are subscribed by hundreds of universities worldwide. The product that you will be overseeing is an analytical audit product which is used to measure the performance of, and benchmark universities around the world. This requires managing the project workflow, conducting data audits, conducting surveys, desk based research and some data analysis. Responsibilities Taking ownership of product lifecycle, strategy and development, working closely with analysts and the Operations Manager and Sales Team to ensure client requirements are met with precision and consistency Acting as the first point of contact for clients including communication with institutions around the world to ensure consistency of data and ensuring their understanding of results if necessary Devising and maintaining exemplary customer service protocols and ensuring other team members stick to them Ensuring that the audit process remains independent, robust, accurate, consistent and efficient Making sure that top-notch quality is maintained Keeping track of and reporting on progress of client work Managing the product reporting process and working closely with the Process Development Specialist and the Operations Manager to ensure a seamless delivery process Applying relevant knowledge, expertise and experience to other commercial contracts taken on by the QS Intelligence Unit and committing any spare capacity to the delivery of client services


Fluent Spanish and Portuguese speaker ( is a must) Fluency in additional languages would be advantageous. Product/project/process/audit management experience, particularly in research and/or market research Strong knowledge of Excel (some knowledge of VBA would be advantageous) Detail oriented and exceptional attention to detail Creative and analytical thinker Excellent customer service skills Highly organised with effective time management skills and deadline driven Exceptional written and spoken communication in English and ability to confidently communicate with clients and colleagues at all levels Strong work ethic An interest in higher education.
