So, what will you actually be doing? In this exciting digital role you will be the go to person for our website and digital content, owning the coordination, maintenance, delivery and results within a global team. You will also be working with external agencies and internal stakeholders on selected digital projects and involved in our Social Media work - reporting back success or ideas for improvements. Key responsibilities: Primary point of contact for website help and support, identifying problems and resolution alongside our digital agency Co-ordination of global content, including creation and translation process Uploading global website content on multiple websites Co-ordination of domain administration for all websites Manage and execute implementation of SEO strategy Implement and administer digital platforms (Google analytics, tag manager, webmaster tools) Reporting and analysis of digital and social media marketing activities, in order to continuously optimize channel activity Maintaining internal and external relationships with stakeholders and external suppliers Managing delivery of website projects and enhancements with external suppliers Coaching internal teams on how to use the CMS system and advising on best practice Managing technical improvements to websites through JIRA ticket system UAT testing of new solutions to identify technical improvements and manage resolution Basic image editing tasks


You will have 2-3 years of digital marketing or website management experience within an agency or B2B organization Demonstrable success in a few areas of digital marketing (website management, content creation, analytics, campaigns, social media etc.) Experience working with Content Management Systems, A/B testing and Analytics platforms Passion for using Social Media within a business environment with measurable results Basic understanding of Adobe Photoshop, HTML / CSS and responsive design is highly desirable You are quick to pick up new skills and master new technologies with a keen eye for detail A natural problem solver, able to work with teams to troubleshoot problems and own resolutions A self-starter with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines (must be able to adjust schedule and workload to meet business needs). Degree in business, communications or marketing preferred Solid English communication skills – both verbal and written
