Main responsibilities include: - Project management: Leads significant projects with high impact designed to improve current P4W consulting, associate engagement, culture, associate Relations and talent acquisition practices. - Associate Relations: Handles complex, high level associate relations issues with little to no guidance using legal resources appropriately. Uses strong employment law acumen and utilizes best practices to conduct professional investigations coaching management on recomandations to enhance the organizations capability. - HR Consulting:Assesses and diagnoses organizational issues to determine and facilitate appropriate solutions. - Talent Acquisition: Understands talent acquisition strategy and contributes to designing/refining the strategy and designs and implements best practice processes for sourcing, recruiting and selection. Can recruit for all levels of the organization. Other responsibilities: - Develops and maintains strong relationships with associates, providing consultation in key HR functional areas to help identify and implement solutions to improve organizational effectiveness. - Propose customer solutions in Human Resources filled that are compliant with appropriate local, state and federal regulations. - Develop and maintain a full knowledge of P4W’s services and pricing structure. - Recruits, interviews, and assists hiring managers with selection of qualified candidates. - Assists department managers with performance improvement plans, warnings, terminations, etc. - Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business. - Determine customer needs and propose appropriate service needs. - Meet or exceed the new business sales goals. - Complete scheduled and cold call prospecting activities to establish first and follow up appointments with customer decision makers. - Prepare and deliver sales proposals/presentations and follow up with key decision makers. - Develop and maintain an awareness of market behavior and competitive trends and respond accordingly. - Other duties, as assigned.


- Fluency in Italian and English. - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, HR Management, or related discipline. - Minimum 5 years outside business-to-business sales with a proven track record of success. - Must present and communicate in a professional manner. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Must be organized with good time management skills. - Proven analytical/problem solving solutions for the customer and the company. - Computer proficiency in Windows and Microsoft applications. - Previous cold calling experience. - Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies. - Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. - Must be self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals.
