Our client is a multinational management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company headquartered in Dublin, Republic of Ireland. Responsibilities: - Competency Management processes: setting goals and objectives, appraising performance, developing career plans and succession plans, conducting performance management programs - Compensation and benefits processes: managing compensation plans, pay reviews, service and recognition programs, international assignment programs, sales commission plans, vendor co-ordination, market intelligence reviews - Leave, absence and data processes: administrating leave, workforce, the organization’s data, exits, benefit plans and reports - Reporting processes: Building and running recurrent reports, making mass data changes, interfacing with Finance, conducting data analysis and analytics - Contact Centre activities: offering online, email and telephone support across all areas of the Human Resources function to the client employees, line managers and candidates regarding employee workforce data, recruitment, compensation and benefits and competency management


Requirements: - University education - Minimum 1 year of experience in people management - HR experience is considered an advantage - Fluent in English and German - Experience working with a management team - Project management skills - Previous customer service exposure - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Strong motivation to work with Human Resources processes
