Provide NPI technical remote and onsite support for projects in UK area as part of Customer engineering Team in Fixed networks: - Test execution and problem support during project validation - Customer demo, POC - Hands on training and feature demonstration - Support on tickets opened for ongoing NPI activities - Support customer Deliveries, network upgrades Position role also includes to work within central NPI team and be a front end expert to Alcatel-Lucent customers. Your main responsibilities will include: · Problem support and first level of root cause analysis before escalating towards TEC · NPI lab preparation prior to execution in front of customer · High product and technology knowledge that allows quick reaction when performing tests or getting requests from customers. · Capacity to effectively engage customer at technical domain to present a solid and competent output during NPI execution. · Interfacing with the Front End TSC · Frequent and direct customer interaction, possibly driving solutions in the customer’s lab · Participate in a 24/7 support rota · Participating in NPI such as Demo’s, Trials, Proof of Concept at customer site · Fault investigation both remotely, and on-site as requested · Possibility to travel within the EMEA region


· Engineering degree or similar required. · Fluent in English. · Technology framework in the position scope: Fixed access network, DSL, VDSL,IP, routing. · Analytical mindset and creativity highly oriented towards problem solving. · High accountability and initiative to get best results during NPI support. · Capability for working under pressure and under short time reaction constraints. Fault investigation both remotely, and on-site as requested
