Project Integration Manager 1 PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE JOB The Integration Manager is responsible within the Project for all aspects (including planning, preparation and execution) related to the Integration of the Complex with associated operations and service providers and to monitor/ensure completion of Sub systems / Systems as defined by the scope of work and in line with the project planning priorities and agreed Milestones. The project integration activity has been established as technical support to all project team and third parties. The overall strategy is to have dedicated resources within the project organization so that all matter of project arising out of integration are addressed and handled in in common centralized system related to integration 2 PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES a- Specific responsibilities of the Integration Manager include: b- Assisting in Developing the Integration metrics, schedule for the project. c- Supporting the design process phase through constructability reviews, risk and opportunity reviews. d- Participating in the development of the scope of work related to the part of integration. e- Monitoring the site resourcing plan and the Integration Team focusing on safety, quality, and schedule objectives. F-Monitoring interfaces on site between contractors, and between Construction, other companies and Operations. G-Reviewing Testing and Completion of interface (sub-) systems, and their Handover to Commissioning and/or Operations. h-Liaison with other Managers and Leaders I-Make the Project Director and his reports aware of all problems as they arise, advise them of any issues that may have an adverse effect on schedule and make proposals for mitigation j-Report progress and status of the interface activities ) to the Sr Project Manager K-Act as focal point for all works related to integration within the project battery limit and out of the battery limit


3 KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE a- BSC degree in Engineering field or applicable discipline,. b-Generally 15 to 20 years field experience; Typically 10+ years supervisory and/or management experience. c-Exposer to project and technology with international company d-Very good English language and computer skills 4 CONTACTS Frequent contacts with: - all levels of the Project team - RLIC, associated/related projects, service providers in RLIC - EPC and 3rd party contractors - Member of Project Management Team and any task forc /work needed
