Responsible of entire recruitment process for various openings Defining and executing recruitment strategy for all levels in the Organization, up to Top Management Placing internal and external announcements, Performing direct sourcing and head-hunting Using a large variety of candidate sourcing techniques in the direct search for potential candidates Continuously improving the searching methods in order to find best new candidates Conducting the pre-interviews (telephonic / face to face) and interviews together with managers Creating interview and project reports, regarding the KPIs for each candidate and recruitment process Providing feedback to the candidates who were not selected Analysing and presenting further the recruitment trends in the market


University degree Relevant experience on recruitment, especially on industry, covering all categories (from juniors to executive level) Good understanding of job requirements and of related technical aspects Licensed to apply different psychometric tools and tests Strong experience on head-hunting High knowledge of English (German is an advantage)
