Responsibilities: - Drive overall performance and manage processes - multilingvistic set up with several European countries covered; - Manage teams and ensure quality and productivity targets are met – team of 30+ team members that includes Team leaders, quality analysts, associates. - Responsible for delivering results as per Service Level Agreement targets / timelines; - Continuously motivate team members and control attrition; - Monitor transactions on an ongoing basis and take corrective steps where necessary; - Ensure internal & external compliance (internal policies, audit requirements, information security standards); - Support team-performance, coach and develop team-members.


Requirements: - 2 years in a leadership position; - High proficiency in English and French - both written and spoken; - Excellent communication skills; - Leadership and people management skills; - Coaching and feed-back skills; - Performance management knowledge and skills.
