As a Telesales Team Leader you will be responsible for: Ensuring that sales agents hit their KPI's Motivate and lead the team Assess the performance of individual agents and seek improvements where possible Call compliance and offer any necessary coaching Identify any opportunities to improve lead generation We’re looking ambitious and driven individuals with excellent verbal communication skills.
2 years previous team leader experience in call center Proficiency in English Articulate and professional phone manner Excellent Communication Skills Sales management training is a bonus Motivated and target driven The ability to work under pressure but maintain quality standards Strong time management, prioritisation and planning skills Enthusiasm and self-motivation The ability to "think outside the box" CRM knowledge would be a huge advantage Offer motivating salary package international friendly environment
