Main responsibilities as a manager: • This is a hands on role that will be responsible for heading a group of team leaders and telemarketing agents who hold responsibility for proactive candidate management: from cold calling to prospect qualification (hot/cold leads)/ conversion/ nurturing/ delivery based on clients request. • Communicate, allocate and track tasks daily/weekly/monthly/yearly • Working closely with the team to ensure the student database is performing to the full potential • Create and maintain target calling/emailing/other lists for the student support team members o Analyse and act immediately depending on the calling results on different regions / criteria/ tasks o Ensure that the client briefs are fully understood by the team and the delivery is matching the briefs entirely • Coordinate the team to work across multiple products within the company and set up priorities for delivery • As a hands on Manager you will be someone who is happy to get on the phones to demonstrate live sales/marketing/conversion skills, providing coaching on call structure, questioning techniques, conversion/ closing techniques and more • Provide delivery reports at agreed times and offer continuous improvement • Working closely with account managers to ensure successful delivery • Support all internal departments including that of Marketing to ensure that all promotions are explained and ensure maximum effectiveness. • Creation and maintenance of Dashboards to report on agreed KPI’s • Creation of calling lists and other reports requested by each team member • CRM monitoring and maintenance


• Minimum 3 years’ experience of managing a targeted and proactive phone based sales/marketing team in a business to consumer setting • Track record of achieving improved performance using your own sales/marketing skills, your management skills and your hands on training techniques • Previous experience of utilising a CRM to support the telesales/telemarketing function; previous experience working with Salesforce CRM is a plus • Excellent, proven interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills (proficiency in English is mandatory) • Demonstrated ability to work in a proactively diverse and dynamic organization • Proven ability to cope with conflict, stress and crisis situations • Proficiency with office computer equipment and software • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment • Minimum qualification University Graduate; MA is a plus
