- Managing the web support system to evaluate incoming problems, assign them to the correct people and complete tasks which fall within technical skills area - Updating and maintaining consistency of all Drupal based online platforms using existing Drupal content types - Managing permissions and roles in Drupal and other bespoke QS systems - Updating and maintaining the B2C site ( which is html/css (non CMS) based - Updating and maintaining consistency of all consumer facing (not b2b) online platforms


- Ability to respond in a quick and efficient fashion to incoming site support and change requests. - Ability to evaluate incoming support and change requests and identify owners for issues within IT or Online Product Team - Familiarised with Drupal 7.x and ideally Jira - Ability to troubleshoot content issues quickly and efficiently and identify back-end systems causing issues - Good HTML, CSS - General Understanding of SEO, online marketing techniques and conversion optimisation. - Basic graphic editing, sourcing and production of supporting imagery - Offer advice on content structure, creation of content structures and content - Able to consult about small change requests/technical additions/improvements to site and capture requirements/needs from all parts of the business - Excellent communication – will be liaising directly with internal clients Our offer What we offer  A challenging and fascinating product in the international market of education  An international team with a flat hierarchy and creative atmosphere
