Potential customers were selected by continuous exploration by phone and in the field, but also getting recommendations from people who participated. So I had the responsibility of contacting potential clients in order to get a meeting with them to take part in a demonstration of the functionality of the product promoted I did get my target sales for which I was among company employees who attended the annual meeting held in European headquarters in Belgrade. Also because of my performance I was appointed as team leader of the call-center team in December 2011. So I stopped the agent activity and started to take care of the supervision team.
