I represent all Romtelecom's large customers in my county (Caras-Severin). My main responsibility is to manage my portfolio in order to grow revenue, bring new sales and also keeping customer satisfaction. My portfolio contains private and public companies. In all my time at Romtelecom I managed to bring new contracts, some of the in premier for my city both in technology and value. Because of my previous customer experience with the business customers I was easy for me to grow and maintain a good business and sometimes casual relation with my clients. My biggest achievement, and my goal from the beginning of this job, is for my customers to see me not as a sales man but to understand that me and my company are solutions providers that helps the grow, enrich and be more financial efficient by working with us. It is also a challenge for me implementing complex telecommunication solutions, not only voice, tv and internet, but managed integrated solutions, it manager, PBX equipments, data storage, cloud computing, etc. We partnered in this with the world's leading companies as Cisco, Apple, Policom, etc.
