Main activity is the unrolling of auctions, public acquisitions, investment projects and contracts Other activities are to: - Organize the meetings inside / outside the institution; - Propose topics of design, specifications and prepare technical documentation required to be submitted for purchases, auctions, concessions, on specific business objects. - Manage public procurement contracts, works and services resulting from the execution of public procurement procedures required to the Procurement Service, regarding the specific scope of business. - Represent the Timisoara City Hall in dealings with individuals or legal entities of public or private, domestic or abroad, within the competence established by the institution's management. - Make briefing notes, press releases, reports, notes and correspondence relating to finding activities on specific business object. - Promote and support educational and awareness of the local community, environmental studies and analyzes, together with various organizations, associations, institutions and individuals and legal advice in the business of the Department / Office. - Prepare draft legal acts of local government and provide their approval. - Follow the implementation of normative acts issued by central and local authorities in the field and compliance by individuals or legal entities with their obligations. - Check the activities that take place in Timisoara administered markets and the private enforcement of environmental legislation on trade performance products and services market and the observance of rules of organization and functioning of markets. - Note and sanctioning, under current legislation, breaches of legislation. - Combat degradation of biodiversity, natural environment, and propose measures to solve the problems of balancing biodiversity with compliance to green the city by individuals and businesses in the municipality. - Performs activities in accordance with the strategy of informatization of public administration.
- FINANCE ANALYST AND SPECIALITY READER IN THE MARKETING DIRECTION (1998 July – 1998 December and from 2006 November – August 2008) Main activity is the unrolling of auctions, public acquisitions, investment projects and contracts: - Propose topics of design, specifications and prepare technical documentation required to be submitted for purchases, auctions, concessions, on specific business objects. - Manage public procurement contracts, works and services resulting from the execution of public procurement procedures required inside the Procurement Service, regarding the specific scope of business. - GENERAL DIRECTOR ASSISTANT (1998 December – July 2006) Main activity is very diversified and is regarding to the whole company’s activity: - Organize the national or/and international conferences and workshops, - Organize the press conferences (monthly and every time the circumstances are asking for - in special events), - Finalize Banquets, confirm attendance of local / non-local dignitaries, make appropriate arrangements, contact hotel with final details, contact food services and all the operations be considered in the "planning for the bid phase" (the operations include space needed for registration, workshops, meals, banquet, college and career fair, and any other space required for the conference), - Prepare props, posters, banners and press kit, - Pursue of the terms and deadlines, of the guarantees, of the advances, of the payments and of all the other items, - Compose and type routine correspondence for the General Director Cabinet (for the internal and external relations) and statements for meetings and conferences, - Draw up of all the necessary documents for the General Director`s meetings, negotiate and conclude the meetings, contracts, - Commercial correspondence in English and Romanian with the company’s partners, - Check daily the Official Monitory for all the new laws regarding our company and distribute them to all compartments are concerning or interested, - Organize the compartment (with my eight subalterns) as a dynamic team able to work under pressure, - Give informations to callers or other institutions, maintain close relationship with partners and local or central authorities, - Draw up the situations of payments for all the contracts with Romanian and foreign partners of the firm, - Draw up reports for the Director Board, - Draw up the periodically, monthly, weekly and daily work schedule for the General Director and the Director Board, - Maintain a close and highly responsive relationship to the daily activities of the supervisor and staff, - Arrange travel schedules and reservations, organize the delegations (training, congresses, conferences, workshops, meetings, visits and so on) for all employers with all the details (transport, hotel, payments, reports), - Organize the interviews and integration of new employees (company rules, access authorization), - Maintain the database, office management, - Prevision of the materials supply and work execution in the compartments, - Prevision of the required / estimated budget for the next objectives or protocols.
Main activity is very diversified and is regarding to the whole airline company’s activity: - Organize the CEO’s agenda, - Organize the meetings inside / outside the company, - Keep relations with local / non-local dignitaries, make appropriate arrangements, contact other companies or airlines organizations with final details, contact for services and all the operations be considered in the "planning for the usually activity" (the operations include registration, workshops, meals, banquet, college and career fair, and any other details required for the conference participations), - Compose and type routine correspondence for the CEO Cabinet (for the internal and external relations) and statements for meetings and conferences, - I worked with people from all the company's stations and a lot of other world wide air transport companies (usually from 15 countries).
