intocmeste situatii, rapoarte - tine evidenta riguroasa a tuturor cheltuielilor lunare incluzand si cheltuielile implicate cu consumul intern lunar, necesar de papetarie, birotica, posta, servicii de curierat, servicii bancare; - inregistreaza documentele intrate/iesite din cadrul companiei; - redacteaaza documentele in word si excel, - preia apelurile telefonice - primeste si directioneaza vizitatorii; - primeste si distribuie corespondenta: posta, fax, e-mail; - organizeaza agenda managerului - aranjarea actelor, - indosariere in ordine cronologica, - arhivare.
Detin o suprafata de teren agricol pe care o cultiv cu zarzavaturi, rosii, ardei, vinete, flori si alte . Lucrez in jur de 6 ore pe zi.
