Work directly with key senior executives to assess, evaluate and manage special corporate strategy projects
Develop strategies at the region / segment level in order to achieve sales targets. Initiates and implements regional programs to increase performance on all lines of business. Recommend and manage budgets for area of responsibility according to the identified needs. Perform and ensure expenditure control vs. Budget, according to department objectives and business rules. Lead the team through inspirational examples, assuring that it has direction and priorities clearly defined and communicated in order to achieve results. Develop business plan for dealer networks.
