Share all new information and the sales technics with the members of my team. Organize and do the inventory of all stock, check and reorder merchandising.
welcome and assist clients during arrivals, manage the elementary tasks: check in, check out, answer and transfer telephone calls, answer general enquirers for the organisation, pass on and make the follow up of comments and complaints, manage the particular request(booking for speciality restaurants, flights), the currency exchange, the deposit of objects and values. Inform the clients about the activities, the services and schedules, participate in the life of the village (animation, meet the clients), assist at the arrivals and the departures of the clients.
