Responsible for the company’s image online (managing social media and several online webpages) as well as aiding in the production of marketing materials for international trade fairs. Daily communication with customers, including by email and telephone as well as face to face at numerous international trade shows. Handling complaints and enquiries in a professional and timely manner whilst working closely with senior stakeholders and management to ensure an exceptional customer satisfaction. This role demonstrates my profficiency at dealing with customers and handling complaints as well as organisational skills, dealing with numerous administration tasks.
Main responsibilities revolved around the administation of the business. This included; recording all transactions, cataloguing the cash register as well as issuing and filing receipts and invoices. Annual statement were also compiled in order to provide a detailed record for subsequent accountancy purposes.
