Are you able to work effectively in a team or independently?

Both. I have vast experience working in both teams and by myself having worked in the shipbuilding industry. I have also been fortunate enough to mentor and teach apprentices over the years.

What job would you like to be doing in 5 years?

Running my own fabrication business.

What are/were your most important 5 achievements in your current/past workplace?

- Completing work of 6 Type 45 destroyers and working on the QE class aircraft carriers and working on something on a huge scale.
-Being considered for a supervisors role.
-Pomoted to working in the Production Engineering department.
-Chairmans award for invention of a jig used for fabricating and fitting pipes.
-Being given apprentices to mentor.

What is your monthly salary expectation?

Previous monthly salary ranged from 1400-3000 GBP depending on shifts and travelling.

Can you work according to deadlines, under pressure, etc?

Yes and maintaining the highest standards necessary.
