1. Developing, organizing and facilitating training practices and programs to meet company strategic needs 2.Investigating available training methods and procedures to determine the most effective manner by which to meet specific learning needs 3. Designing course materials and other documents such as handouts, manuals and exercises and providing permanent updates; 4.Responsible for determining performance gaps, identifying the technical training needs 5.Delivering training programmes ( 50% activity outside Bucharest) 6. Providing follow-up on the training sessions, identifying and implementing solutions for improving the activity and service level. 7. Responsible for collecting, analysing and implementing the suggestions received from participants. 8. Preparing periodical reports, presentations and statistics on the quality of the delivered courses. 9. Performing project management activities, collecting proposals for improving the processes/systems/products/activity/ incomes of the Bank. Responsible for analysing the proposals, discussing the selected ones with the process owners and initiating the implementation process. Following the evolution of the program, proposing solutions for improving the results, preparing periodical reports for the management and ensuring a proper development of the program.
1.Recruitment and selection of direct sales agents Drafting employment advertisements, selecting proper advertising media. Selecting resumes of applicants. Interviewing short-listed applicants and making joint decision (with sales team leaders) with regard to closing positions and hiring the selected persons. 2. Training of sales force (direct sales agents, branches staff). Preparing and updating training materials. Delivering trainings on company products, as well as basic sales skills. Collecting feedback. In-company responsible for relationship with human resources agency for outsourced staff Selecting applicants proposed by HR agency. Coordinating employment process; confidential data and documentation; daily attendance reports; wages payments reports and expense statements. Induction: internal orientation, company presentation, business cards for new agents. Managing information risks issues: company computers and intranet access passwords; allocating and activating source codes; deactivating codes when necessary. 5. Reporting Periodical reporting (daily, weekly, monthly reports) for Executive Board use (daily performance report; sales actual versus forecast; approval rates; number of new clients). Computing commissions for sales force, subject to Board approval. Input for MIS – reports per channel. Ad-hoc sales indicators presentations in Board meetings. 6. Cards Sales Support Ensuring efficiency of application flow. Setting up procedures to standardize approach and response time to ensure customer satisfaction. Following up on extraordinary issues.
