Have been a member of a coaching team that devised and developed a - Business Coaching Guide - for the Romanian Coaching Society, in order to create awareness of coaching best practices and also of the benefits of coaching within organizations and in general the professional environment. As a freelancer I designed, developed and delivered various workshops and training programs for individuals and companies. In collaboration with the Coaching Essence Company, I designed, developed and delivered training programs and experiential workshops of personal development, motivation and performance as group programs and also run one to one Coaching sessions. As a collaborator of HR Solutions Company, I am part of a wider team of trainers that designed, developed and delivered a comprehensive leadership program for a large and well-known banking company. My personal contribution to this large project were the following programs: - Trust and Integrity - Building effective teams - Written Communication - Sales Communication - Time management and Priority setting - Impact presentations - Negotiation, Argumentation, Persuasion There were few other companies from the private sector, FMCG and IT&C industries for which I designed and delivered programs and contributed to their organizational development, with a view to enhance their commercial performance. The programs were focused on increasing and improving team and interdepartmental communication, synergy, time management, successful sales. Prior to the establishment of some programs, research was conducted to establish their organizational or departmental needs.
As an HR OD Specialist I was responsible for recruiting the necessary staff for the sales department, payroll and commission calculations monitoring for sales agents, supervision of all aspects of staff performance: performance evaluation, progressive discipline, mediation of staff disputes and grievance procedures in accordance with state laws, I established and monitored training programs for staff with regards to all aspects of workplace performance and professional development, one to one coaching as necessary, forecasting and following the budget for HR development needs. As Sales Manager I had the responsibility for the yearly business plan in terms of formulation and monitoring, initiated marketing Actions Plans in order to increase the market share both in terms of quality and quantity, monitored the team members initiatives and activity, served as the Company’s representative and liaison with key customers and vendors, ensuring a high degree of customer satisfaction, and bore the responsibility for the production and communication of various departmental reports. Initiated and launched an online direct sales market as a new business dimension for the company.
I had trade and marketing responsibilities for my allocation of Distributors. Maintained business relations with them targeting improved turnovers, whilst leading a team of merchandisers dealing with product supply and promotions. My duties included monitoring and analyzing competitor performances and evaluating feedback from promotions, successfully accomplished commercial and financial goals for designated periods.
Was authorized to decide which were the suitable auctions to participate in, had responsibility of the complete process of each auction project from decision to final delivery to the client: document preparation according to requirements, contacting suitable vendors for quotations, price negotiations, compiled financial and technical offers, represented the company at the public procedure. For a period of time I was also responsible for the professional activity and results of a direct sales team, oversaw the recruiting process and facilitated the induction program for the newly recruited direct sales agents. Between Oct 2002 and Feb 2004 I was operating as a Sales Representative within the same company.
