coordination of about 200 persons wich they work in 1-2-3 shift, also 3 shift leaders -ensure start production as planned production -prioritization and timeliness of delivery • -periodical check-flow production • - daily-reporting of off-line product’s -employee involvement and continuous motivation -smooth activities under optimal production • -Reporting to the Production Manager -7 Steps Problem Solving Technique Studied and applied in practice specific management tools like Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, 6 Sigma, Resource Planning • -Ensure the safety and productivity of all employees assigned to designated shift - Ensure security of facilities during designated shift hours • -Enforce all safety and processing procedures - Enable effective communications between management and operators • -Train new employees and coach existing employees • -Maintain a clean and safe work place in accordance with 5S protocol - Investigate and report all incidents (spills, accidents, poor performance,) • -Manufacture and pack products as necessary - Suggest and implement cost-saving ideas • -Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates • -daily meetings to ensure quality and take preventive and corrective assurance -production meetings on issues of process, quality, lack of material, -organizational problems and making decisions quickly and efficiently
• We was a 15th persons team and we take the cars from the rails and park in the correct place. It was a big responsabilities to drive carefully and them parking in the correct zone . I coordonate the day shift strategy, the plan to increase the daily prodoction number of cars parts. The job was happend in California, USA it was a great experience. • Participant in cultural exchange programs for students in USA where i interracted with different people from all arround the world, gained exeprience in communication skills, teamwork, understanding of all kind of situations.
Carrying the guest’s laundry from the rooms to the laundry room, and back to the rooms • Opening the front door for guests. • Receiving telephone calls that come to the front desk in the absence of the attendant • Respond to bell calls from guests either from the rooms or from where they are e.g. at the door • Loading and unloading luggage from the vehicles that the clients either come in with or are leaving. • Reason For leaving: It was a summer holiday job after this I’m was go back to university.
