Laboratory management of the drilling fluids analyses and preparing all sorts of drilling fluids. 2 .Full tests on any type of mud formulations from inside the country and also from other countries and quality control on all sort of chemicals. 3. Checking quality of multiple types of chemicals. 4. Malvern particle size distribution testing on chemicals. Aging drilling fluids or different samples. 5 .Preparing inventory reports and equipping mud mobile laboratories with equipment, reagents and also all needed for the good independent function of the mobile laboratories. 6. Checking and calibrating the most new and sophisticated equipment (from OFITE , FANN , HANNA , VELP etc… ) 7. Making weekly reports and monthly inventory reports of the chemicals and reagents. 8. Issuing mud analyzes reports with results conclusions and further indications of improvements. 9. Preparing and issuing reports on mud analyzes. 10.Testing chemical’s particle size distribution with Malvern and also the size of chemicals inside drilling fluids of all types. 11. Determining the return of permeability of different mud types by using the PPT ( Permeability plugging test ). 12. Malvern and PPT equipment are the only ones in Romania. 13. Implementing all the requests of laboratory certifications following the requirements of SR EN ISO/ 17025:2005
Usual formula for calculating the amount of cement powder and additives, standard solutions prepared well in lab RWS cementing the country and abroad in the laboratory with the latest generation (CHANDLER USA). Analysis and performance of slurry cements both in the laboratory and wells in the country and abroad (I worked for 6 months of Kazakhstan wells). Coordination of teams probe specific tools and equipment operators for drilling-extraction. Checking and calibrating equipment. Making reports with the activity I made in the rig site ( at the well location ). Ensuring the well function of the Kazakhstan laboratory.
