Maintain a high level of customer service, supervise daily shifts and ensure compliance with all policies, standards and procedures, assist in supervising an effective inspection program of all guestrooms and public space, work with the sales department to coordinate room inspections, manage linen inventory and guest supplies, assist in the ordering of supplies, ensure that the guest room status is communicated to Front Desk in a timely manner, to participate in department meetings and communicate the departmental goals to staff, develop self motivating skills and motivating staff
Taking on house manager’s responsibilities when he/she is not on shift, perform Supervision sessions on staff, interact with third party associates, manage daily and weekly expenses, support service users with their daily activities; handle and administer medicines safely and with due regards for the residents; encourage residents to take on responsibilities and activities as: sports, cooking classes, jobs, social interactions; driving residents for medical appointments, activities, shopping; cleaning and housekeeping duties.
