I consequently reached and surpassed the qualitative and quantitative objectives, increasing the number of transactions by widening the product range (from 350 to 900 product codes) and introduction of parts which were missing, lowering the stock rotation (thereby increasing the operational margin 30%) with aggressive promotion of the obsolete parts, the transfer with 0 costs to the administrations of the same logistics areas as well as the facility to sent back them to the supplier (obsolete stock items = 0 lei).
The improvement of the shopping experience of the customers (a monthly traffic store of approx. 8,500 customers) by a better awareness of their counseling, a continuous improvement of the
in-store communication (placing the most relevant offers at the points of maximum visibility) and optimization of environmental factors (climate, sound, lighting, etc.)
The main features of my job were: the promotion and marketing activities of products according to the customer needs but also with specific offers (leaflets, special offers, the last product, liquidation), optimization of the stock (up to 1,000,000 lei with 0 faults in the stock management during the inventories) depending on the sales, leaflets, customer firm orders, results of the monitoring of the market, and growth opportunities based on seasons (Summer, "back-to-school", Christmas and Easter), tracking the performance evaluation of the certain parameters (rotation, margin, sales), motivation, drawing of the tasks and transmission of the new directives of supervised team and solving of the different situations related to the good development of the activity (primary accounting records, tracking products sent in service, etc.)
