In the Asus and Toshiba Notebook Service departament I have the following duties: 1.Receiving the customer's product together with the warranty certificate and an explicite note regarding the notebook's malfunction. 2.Running tests on the received system to search the malfunctions signaled by the customer or other malfunctions. 3.Replacing or repairing the broken component(ex.motherboard, hard disk, optical unity, screen, processor,etc.), or requesting Asus/Toshiba Company the component needed for replacing the broken one. 4. Reinstalling operation systems like Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7. 5.Drawing up daily and weekly reports regarding the entered and issued products together with an explicite note regarding the malfunctions and problems I came across. 6.Service, maintaining and software activities for the customers' or internal notebooks.
I was maintaining the clients data base,making invoices and was permanently in contact with the clients.I was giving instructions to the company's employees.
As a bartender, I was servinig the customers with drinks; I was participating at banquettes. As a valet parking, I was parking the hotel's clients' cars. As a housekeeping supervisor, I was checking to see if the hotel's rooms were cleaned by the housekeepers; after that I was announcing to the reception that the rooms were ready to be used.
