-keep the business relationship with existing clients, -find and qualify new local suppliers and customers, -increase the sales, gross margin, EBITA, -participate and analyze the technical solution, -comes with ideas for CTO solutions, -project leader for complex solutions, -fill all reports, items, offers into company server database, -collaborate with sourcing, service and financial colleagues for fast control and promptness, -elaborate the sales strategy for each customer, -find and study similar project cases, success sales into Nefab global network.
-manage the branch Spare Parts Department, -manage the branch Service, -development of customer base, -increase the turnover in the zone responsibility PH,IF,IL. -sign the repair estimates, consumption and transfer documents for spare parts, -keeping a minimum spare parts stock and optimization the spare parts flow necessary for service interventions, - implement my six sigma knowledge’s.
-define the solutions (flow-sheet, layout, budget), -present to the customers the specific technical solutions, -operators training (sales and rental contracts), -prepare the market forecast and present the annually budget to the General Manager, -coordinate and analysis the sales team (8 persons), -proposal of new products and sustain these in to market, -SWOT analysis, -implement the crushing and screening project (start-up, commissioning, technical assistance..), -supervision and collaboration with subcontractors, during entire project development
-define and check technical solutions, -meet the client to present details of technical solution, -market analysis, -developing standard operating procedures and policies in addition to performance management duties, -represent the company and negotiates with suppliers and clients, too -resolves customer issues with the highest level of complexity, -try to improve the client’s solutions, -following all the process of sales operations and business, -check each step of project and achievement of all plan parameters (time schedule, quality...) -develops new suppliers by identifying new business opportunities
-coordinate the sales team, -training sales team for crushing and screening equipment’s, -present during the monthly meeting, the newest products and events from this area, -identify the competitors and create comparative presentations with competitor’s equipment’s, -meet the clients with Area Sales Manager and sustain the sales process (commercial, technical, facilities), -achieve sales targets, -monitor and estimate the number of equipment’s orders, -following the entire quarry project including all sub-contractors, Project Manager responsibilities, -coordinate the spare parts department for correct orders to suppliers, -create and maintain excellent relationship between sales and service teams, -participate at the important fairs in Romania and outside, -identifies and understand the client needs in order to offer the most appropriate solution regarding the final products that best fits those needs, -fill and sign the order for supplier, check all contracts, -completes monthly reports for the shareholders regarding the results obtained by sales team, -ensures appropriate communications with shareholders in relationship with sales management department, -propose to shareholders new business opportunities, -negotiating prices and contract terms with suppliers.
-propose business solutions in quarry and mining to Romanian customers, -development the company strategy, -identify new potential clients, -define marketing strategies, -dealing with offers and meetings to Romanian clients together with foreign companies, -reach the annual target of sales, -maintain and develop new business relationship with the existing partners and also with the new clients, -find out in a proactive way the customer needs and propose solution based and customized offers, -business consulting.
-the main task was to be responsible for major customers in Romania like : Lafarge, Carpat Agregate, Holcim... -visit other clients which work into quarry and ballast pit all around the country, -prepare and present the offers according the clients request (flows, layout, budget price), -promote and write articles in specialized magazine for Metso Minerals, -participating at important fairs in Romania, -sustain and explain from technical point of view the Metso offer in front of clients, -negotiate contracts according to company procedures and clients demands, -develop strategies to increase the market share, -write articles for specialized magazine, -fill the sales and visit reports and present to Sales Manager, -involved in the all negotiations for mines &quarry equipment’s, - analyzing market trends and the competitor's behavior, propose new ideas to increase the sales.
-managing Sales Department, -involved in import-export operations, -keeping warehouse stock and anticipate the market consumption, -find solutions to unblock the money recovery, -define the method to reach the sales annual target, -create a data base program for clients and their consumption.
