Overall responsibility for the set-up and maintenance of Accounting Reports within the SAP Accounting system BA Act as the primary point of reference for administrative inquires related to Accounting Reports received from Filling Stations. Participate in project calls with Project Managers and Global Services managers as needed. Provide insight into specific projects with regards to project set-up disposition of specific customer inquiries. Assist internal customers as Global Solutions Organization and other OMV PETROM departments with questions concerning invoicing, validation errors and general questions about Accounting Reports from Filling Stations Act as interface between the assigned vendors and other persons in the company, involved in promoting the related products; Maintain and develop relations with organizations within the assigned market segment and involved in decision taking; Keep track of projects, programs and requirements in the market segment; SAP (BA Modules) operations. Updating SAP and analysing the sales, stock management, contract management – supervising the contracts and making sure all the conditions are respected; Permanent communication with filling stations administrators to ensure the best service level and the best quality for all operations; Checking the reports received from the Petrom filling stations; SAP operation of the dates received from the Petrom gas stations; Checking the cash/non-cash transactions, stocks, deliveries; Maintaining the connection with the bank; Invoicing the stations in administration, reversing periodic invoices, resolving errors in the system (SAP).
